Damage due to mail service or opening of the package

If the package or envelope arrives damaged or open, send me a photo of the product and packaging as you receive it within 1 day. I will try to estimate the extent of the damage and offer an appropriate partial refund. In the event that an agreement on repayment is not reached, a return will be required with a registered letters within 5 business days. A tracking number for the shipping is strictly required. This shipping will be initially at your cost. When the package will arrive at our lab I will copletely refund the order. I decline any responsibility in case of stolen product as it is necessary to make a complaint to the local authorities.

All products are shipped with Poste Italiane international priority mail, this type of shipping is very cheap but is NOT fully traceable. i was a little scared that these werent going to fit me (being plus sized and all) but i am grateful and appreciative that they fit wonderfully!! incredibly soft and adjustable to whatever size u need - which is great for different kinds of sock thickness
