Response from Rebekah

Hi! im sorry that you find it poor quality, they're made of both metal and plastic and I only use high quality supplies. They are very similar to most pin on button badges available, except handmade not mass produced so made with more care and thought. I'm not really sure what could be done to improve on this type of badge.
