💻 How does digital download work?

If you'd like to buy digital download prints, please go through the checkout process as you'd normally do with any other purchase. After payment is confirmed, a download page will appear where you can see the files attached to your order. You can also access your digital files at any time in the Purchases section. Select the appropriate file using the print size guide in the listing photo carousel and download it to your device. Then upload the file to an online printing service, such as printique.com, thestackhouse.com, picturesalon.com, finerworks.com, whitewall.com, or print it at your local print shop. Frame and enjoy! Please note that you can't download through the Etsy app. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

📥️ Where can I download my printable files?

To download files, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer, you cannot download through the Etsy app at this time. Go to your account (top right corner of the page) and then through the drop-down menu to the Purchases section. You can also use this link: etsy.com/your/purchases. To the right of your order, you will see a Download Files button. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray. If you purchased as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase. Please check your Spam/Junk folders or, if using Gmail, the Updates/Promotions tabs. If you still can't find the email, please contact me via Etsy chat.

🍏 How do I download files if I used Apple Pay?

If you used Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID, you may have chosen the option Hide My Email when first creating your account. This means Etsy will have emailed the download information to a randomly generated email and not your own. But you can still download files by going to the Purchases section. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer, you cannot download through the Etsy app at this time. Go to your account (top right corner of the page) and then through the drop-down menu to the Purchases section. To the right of your order, you will see a Download Files button. If you cannot locate your order, please contact me via Etsy chat.

📐 Which file should I choose for printing?

Most of my listings include multiple files with different aspect ratios (proportions), allowing you to print in a wide range of sizes. Choosing the right aspect ratio ensures your artwork prints without getting cropped. You can easily select the appropriate file using the print size guide in the photo carousel of the listing. Additionally, a list of suggested sizes for each file ratio is provided in the item details. If your frame size doesn't match any of the included aspect ratios, please message me and I'll resize the file for free.

📄 What paper should I use for printing?

For best results, I recommend choosing thick matte paper (above 200 gsm) or fine art cotton paper. Textured fine art paper is great for watercolor prints and will give your artwork the most authentic look. Canvas is also a great option, especially when it comes to printing oil and acrylic paintings.

🖼️ Where can I find a frame for my print?

Here are a few sites I can recommend for framing. Some of them also offer printing, making it easy to have ready-to-hang artwork delivered to your home. They are often of excellent quality and you get a personal touch. 🎨 Do you offer custom prints?

I offer size customization for free. I can also change the color and orientation of some prints. Please contact me with your request before purchasing to ensure I can provide the result you are looking for.

💰 Can I use your art for commercial purposes?

All my artworks are for personal use only. You may print and display the art in your own home or workspace. The only exception to the rule is for interior designers who provide a service for their clients. However, under no circumstances may the image be used for resale purposes. If you are interested in commercial use of my art as a final physical product, please contact me via Etsy chat.

💳 Can I get a refund on my digital download?

Due to the nature of digital Items, I am unable to offer refunds, especially if they have already been downloaded. However, if there is any problem with your order, please contact me and I will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
