Available as 500mg and 650mg vegetarian capsules, or double extract high potency glycerin tincture. Capsules are made without any fillers or binders of any kind. 100% pure ashwagandha. Glycerin for the tincture is usda certified organic flax glycerin. Sustainably harvested. Grown in India. Made fresh to order.

One ounce is 30ml, and has approximately 30 servings. One dropperful is 1ml, and is equivalent to about 1-2 capsules.
