When will I receive my order?

UK delivery: Royal Mail First class aim to deliver within 1-3 working days. However, this is not guaranteed and unforeseen circumstances can delay the parcel up to 10 working days. International Delivery: Royal Mail International Standard delivery has an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days. However, unfortunately they do not guarantee this and state that due to unforeseen circumstances international delivery could take up to 25 working days. Digital Downloads: You will be able to download digital files immediately after purchase.

How do I use a digital PDF pattern?

Your pattern will be available for download as soon as you have completed the purchase. The file you download will be in 'PDF' format which can be easily opened on computers, tablets and smart phones. You will need access to a standard A4 printer to print your pattern in black and white. The PDF file will contain both the pattern and detailed instructions on how to make the item. The PDF may also have a link to a video with detailed guidance on how to make the item. If so, open the PDF on your computer or device and click the link to the video, or alternatively type the web address into your browser. If you have purchased one of my PDF patterns and have a question please send me a message on Etsy and I'll be happy to help.

I've purchased a pattern but can't find where to download it

To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. You can access a file any time on your Purchases page. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if its not in your inbox. If your still having problems please contact us!
