Custom and personalized orders

I do personalize files. If you would like a file personalized you must purchase the "personalize" listing for $2, once you purchase the file you want personalized and the personalize listing, send a message with the information you want personalized. Turn around can be 24-48 hrs. Files that can be personalized will have the font I used for the example and where you can get it. I will try to list a free option for personal use if possible.

Why can I not find the SVG file?

All files come with an SVG unless stated otherwise. If you are using Chrome as a web browser the SVG resembles a chrome page, simply right click and save to your preferred destination. If you still have trouble try a different browser such as Foxfire or Safari.

My files aren't working or I receive an error message?

All our files are tested on several programs and cutters prior to listing. If you are receiving an error after downloading the most likely cause is corruption. Sometimes if your download speed it too slow a file may become corrupted during download. In most cases, completely deleting the file and downloading again resolves the issue. If you are still having issues after trying this please message me and I will help in any way I can.

How can I get my image in a different color?

All files come in the colors shown with the exception of white. Any white on an image will be light gray so you can see it on the white background. An SVG file can be altered or if you are cutting out of vinyl simple use whatever color vinyl you would like. If you need the colors in a file swapped please purchase the "personalize" file along with the file you need, once purchased send me a message with the colors you need. If something needs a name personalized and the colors changed, only 1 personalization needs to be purchased, I will make both changes for you.

Why did my file come with a name already on it?

any file that is meant to be personalized is shown with a name/names just as an example. The SVG file will also have the name so you can see placement and size. I will also enclose the name of the file used in my example and where you can get the file, including a free option for personal use if available.
