Native Willows currently only ships to locations in North America.

Native Willows ships all orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ships to confirmed USPS addresses. This includes shipping to: P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses. We will ship to the same addresses USPS allows.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES! Please be sure to put your correct mailing address.

If an item is returned for an incorrect address, YOU are responsible to cover the cost of the reshipment of the order.

Yes, once your order is processed for shipping you will receive an email with tracking information.

Alternatively, you can obtain your tracking number on your account page under “Orders”.

If for some reason you did not get an auto-generated email for shipping tracking or you cannot find your tracking number on your orders page, you can then contact us to receive your tracking number, please have your order number handy.

All orders will be shipped with USPS FIRST Class Mail, unless other shipping is paid for.

Yes, Priority Mail Shipping is available for an additional cost.

All packages shipped with Priority Mail are insured.
If your package is damaged while shipping with Priority Mail, it is the recipient's responsibility to make claims on Damaged Goods VIA USPS. Native Willows cannot process your claim for you.

Native Willows is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Native Willows DOES NOT offer returns unless under specific circumstances. Our products are too low cost to ship back and forth and damage can occur in this process.

Returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
If a return is granted there will be a restocking fee of 20% and shipping fees to the customer will be deducted from the refund. The return shipping will need to be paid by the customer.
Any refund will be given via a Native Willows Store coupon code.

Contact Native Willows via ETSY messages to see if your case qualifies for a return.

If items are incorrect or missing from the order, please contact us via ETSY messages within 36 hours of delivery of the package.
Please include 1) order number, 2) picture of outside packaging, 3) picture of packing slip and 4) picture of all the items in the order.
The missing item will be shipped out immediately or a refund for missing item will be paid via ETSY refunds and email provided for the order.

If an incorrect item is ordered by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to message and ask if a return will be accepted.

Shipping Delays via Carrier
If a package is not tracking, Native Willows WILL NOT resend an order.
The customer will need to wait until at least 15 days has passed since the last movement and file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Once an order leaves Native Willows, we have no control over the package, the scanning of the package, or the tracking information of the package. We see the same thing you do in the USPS tracking portal.
The customer needs to contact USPS to find out the status of the package.

Missing Deliveries or Theft Policy
