Custom and personalized orders

Each tiara can be customized. As for the color of the thread and the color of the crystal, they can be created with many different combinations. Just send me a private message to decide together based on the availability of materials, of course, before placing an order.

International shipments are made with international registered mail and therefore I cannot know how long it will take for the parcel to arrive, despite being a safe way with tracking. However, if you want to choose a faster shipment, please send me a message before placing your order, so that we can find a perfect alternative solution for you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each of my packs is perfectly packaged and packaged in order to protect your purchase in the best possible way, I use a rigid cardboard box inserted in a padded shipping envelope. In addition to being very beautiful, it is also safe! The price of the package is also calculated in the shipping costs.

Delays in deliveries and loss of packages

After packing I ship as quickly as possible, however once the package is left in the post office I am no longer responsible for loss / theft or delay, as I am not responsible for the post office. However, I remember that these unpleasant situations are rare and that each package has a code for secure tracking, therefore it can be traced by going to the post office site or to a physical office.

Availability for wholesale

It is possible to make a wholesale order of the same item (or of different items), simply contact me via message before placing an order so as to define every detail well! I remember that each tiara is handmade and therefore they are not perfectly identical with each other (but this is an advantage)

My tiaras do not need any maintenance since they are made with high quality materials, but they need some precautions. They fear humidity, and consequently contact with water. They must be handled with care, they are firm! but in any case they must be treated with great care.

The tiaras adapt perfectly to each head, on the contrary, they need a cord to be closed and therefore they are absolutely adjustable. If, however, you want a specific measure, just send me a message before placing the order to define every detail that will allow me to create the unique and personalized tiara just for you.

The shipment is made by express courier for Italy, and by international registered mail throughout the rest of the world. SHIPPING times: at the time of purchase I undertake to pack and ship the package in the shortest possible time, once delivered to the courier can go from 3/5 days for shipping in Italy, for international registered mail I can not give an exact timing, only tracking.
ONLY FOR ITALY: I also remember that for shipping by express courier you need the TELEPHONE NUMBER OBLIGATORY, to leave via private message when ordering !! It is fundamental for the courier's request, and will be used only and exclusively by the courier upon delivery, for further security! if the phone number is not left to me by private message, I will send it by registered mail after three days.

Pretty and elegant. I do wish the metal was a little sturdier as I'm having difficulties keeping it on my head no matter how I bend the ends in, but I will make do.
