What companies manufacture the napkins?

In the item description, each listing identifies the name of the company that makes the napkins. For example, you will see many napkins made by the Ambiente company since they are agreeable with their napkins being used for decoupage. You will NOT find Paper Product Design (PPD) napkins offered for use as craft/decoupage paper, since this company forbids the use of their product for decoupage home use or for decoupaged items for re-sale.

Why does the shipping cost so much for both domestic and international shipping?

I use sturdy mailers and never fold items to make them smaller for cheaper shipping rates. Since I use First Class rigid mailers, the items are mailed as packages which are more costly than letter envelopes to mail, but they provide much more protection.
