Unfortunately, while it's uncommon, items can occasionally be damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we'll gladly remake and reship it. To begin the process, please send us photos of the damaged item, the original shipping box, and any packaging materials through Etsy Messages so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, refunds can only be issued once the shipping carrier has approved the damage claim. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to help!

Processing times vary by item, so please refer to each individual listing for the current estimated processing time. If you need your order sooner, please send us a message before placing your order. We'll be happy to let you know if a rush order can be accommodated. Please also note that processing times are separate from shipping. Shipping times also vary and delivery estimates are provided. Please understand this is only an estimate and delivery dates cannot under any circumstances be guaranteed.

Can I pickup locally?

We do not offer local pickup due to liability and insurance reasons.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations. However, if your order has not yet entered production, we're happy to accommodate changes to your engraving or personalization whenever possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with your requested changes, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Can I change my shipping address?

We are unable to change the shipping address within Etsy after an order is placed. In most cases, we can update the address when we purchase your shipping label, but because this is a manual process, there is always a chance it could be missed. To help avoid delays or delivery issues, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

Please ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and deliverable by all major carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label before the order can be reshipped. Shipping labels are printed directly from the address entered at checkout, so it is important to verify your information before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or returns for orders that are returned because of an invalid or undeliverable address. If you're unsure whether your address is deliverable, we recommend contacting your local postal or delivery service before placing your order.
