Each item carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the life of the product. If you or your recipient are unsatisfied or find any problems with the item I will replace or refund the item at no charge to you.

*Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered - anywhere between 1 and 8 weeks.
Shipping delays may occur due to slow customs processing, postal service errors, bad weather, holidays etc. Shipments also tend to take longer in December and January.

Please understand that I have no control over transit times as shipping is handled by your country's postal service. I am commited to great customer service and will always make sure my customers recieve their merchandise; please see my refund policy for cases of non-delivery.

*Please make sure your **ETSY** address is correct. If you would like me to send the item as a gift for someone (and maybe add a note), please let me know in a message along with your purchase order, and we will talk through the details.
I am not responsible for packages sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

It is my policy to wait for at least 40 days from the date of posting before I would consider the parcel lost and not just delayed. In December in January this time may be extended to 60 days.

**I am sending my packages with tracking number, so when delivered, you will have to sign the package or they will leave it at the Post Office, so you can pick it up in approximately 14 days (then they will send it back).

*Care and handling
Metal, silver plated items:
Keep all items with chains or other metal parts away from water. Even the most tarnish resistant metals will tarnish over time. All items require maintenance and occasional cleaning.

Polymer clay items:
Baked polymer clay is solid, but not as hard and resistant as for example metal and plastic, so careful handling is advised.
