1. Does MyDaydreamingHeart sell packages of napkins?

No, we do not sell packages of napkins. We sell napkins for decoupage and/or other types of crafts.

2. My package is late or delayed by a day or two. What should I do?

First, do not leave negative feedback right off the top. Give your seller a chance to figure out where your package is by messaging them with your concerns. The chances are very good that there was or is a weather disturbance (tornado, hurricane, snow events) that could be impacting your shipment, or maybe it’s Holiday season.

3. How can BUYERS help to ensure proper delivery of online purchases?

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, please be sure the mailing address you have on file with Etsy is correct. The address you have on file with Etsy is the address that will be provided to a seller for your shipping label.

4. USPS Tracking has stopped updating my package’s location halfway to me … two weeks ago!

Some packages make it to their destination without being scanned along the journey. Message the seller about your concern, and we can help figure out what’s happening.

5. What happens if a package with an incorrect mailing address gets returned to MyDaydreamingHeart?

If USPS returns your order to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will gladly issue a product refund immediately. If you would like to re-order, please correct your address on file with Etsy BEFORE placing another order.

6. I moved 12 months ago, and my mail forwarding order expired. Now what?

Your package will likely be returned to MyDaydreamingHeart, and as stated in the last answer, we’ll gladly issue a product refund when that package comes back to us. If you would like to re-order, please correct your address on file with Etsy BEFORE placing your order.

7. My package has become “Lost or Missing” on its journey within the USPS system. Can I get a refund from the Etsy seller?

No, refunds are not issued from this shop for orders that are lost, stolen or missing. Once an envelope or package has been handed over to the USPS for shipping, control of this item is out of our hands. Your package is no longer in our care, custody and control, and we cannot manage the delivery. This shop is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

8. Can I get a refund for a lost, stolen, missing or mis-delivered package?

USPS offers an online claim process. Enter the following web address in your browser to begin the online claim process https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm OR go to your local USPS office for help with filing a claim.

9. USPS Tracking shows my package is “Delivered.” I’ve checked with the neighbors, USPS mail carrier, and the Postmaster at my local post office, but still no package.

USPS provides an option for you to FILE A CLAIM. Go here for the USPS online claim process: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm OR go to your local USPS office for help with filing a claim.

If you're into the crinkle sound that coffee-stained papers make when oven-dried, then you're going to love this set!

Carefully created, one-by-one, from the first dunk into the coffee to the last rotation of the oven-drying process.

Some of the papers are lightly stained and others are more grungy.

All papers for your pack will be randomly, yet, carefully selected* to ensure that you have a good mix of lighter to heavier stain, as well as a good mix of letters.

The naturally-aged pages are pretty much all the same in terms of yellowing, wear, etc. I will, however, be sure to give you a good mix of letters with these pages as well.

The naturally-aged pages measure approximately 6.50" x 9.50". The coffee stained pages measure approximately 7" x 9.50".

All pages are original ... This listing is NOT for a digital download, and not for photocopies.

* The photos in this listing show an example of what your Vintage Dictionary Pages Pack will contain - due to the nature of a dictionary … pages will vary.
