Our cake toppers and table numbers are delicate and have a pointy stick, please handle them with care. We describe our sizes, material and colors to the best of our ability. If you have any questions regarding sizes or colors, please send us a convo before purchasing.

Please note that our cake toppers are handmade and always made to order. There may be slight variations. This adds the beauty of each unique piece! Before the production of the item we will send you a layout for approval (the image will look like your topper). Term of approval layout 24 hours. If we have not received confirmation from you after 24 hours, the topper will be sent to production.

If topper or other item have been delivered damaged, please contact me and I will make all efforts to help you.

If you want to cancel the paid order for any reason and refund the cost, please note that the cost will not be returned in full. Part of the cost will go to pay off the payment services. Please note that 5% of the sum and PayPal fees (1.9% + 0.3$ for the US, 2.9% + 0.3$ for other countries) are non-refundable.

Like any natural product, our wooden boxes are unique with their own wood structure and shade that may differ. The color of the engraving may also differ slightly from that shown, because of the features of the wood, engraving may be lighter or darker. Please note that cake server sets are made of glossy stainless steel. The material is characterized by presence and appearance of new scratches even from a slight mechanical impact. The presence of scratches does not affect the quality of the product.
