What can I do with your products?

All products come with a Standard License: (personal use and small home-based business) • everything you create for your own personal use • or for sale - under 500 items of tangible/physical goods - examples: custom scrapbook layouts, scrapbook albums, photo books, invitation cards, candy wrappers, recipe cards, greeting cards, jar labels, note cards, junk journals, gift bags, party sets, calendars, collages for clients, sticker sheets. • It is not allowed to use my products to design papers for the scrapbook industry. When and how will I receive my Downloads?

• Your downloads are available instantly upon payment received, no waiting time! • You will be redirected to your download page right after payment. • Instant Download links will be also sent to your Etsy e-mail. • You can always download them through your Etsy account: top right menu --> You --> Purchases and Reviews --> Download. • Download Links NEVER expire Some of my products require a different method due to the nature of the file size of high quality digital graphics. Etsy allows only to upload digital files up to 100 MB (5 x 20 MB). Since some of my products are exceeding this amount I included a PDF file instead where you find the download links right away.

What can I do with your Commercial Use Products?

Products that include clearly the words "commercial use" in the title come with a commercial and professional use license. Commercial Use products can be used for personal or commercial purposes. Commercial license is already included in the product and does not require an additional purchase. You can create commercial physical and printed goods. To use commercial use products in digital creations there is a modification required. It is not allowed to just include the product in your design and sell it as is. You can not use my commercial use products to make other design resources of it. You may not share, resell, redistribute or copy. I retain copyright to the graphics, images, clip art in my shop.

What can I not do with your products?

You may not: - share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the original digital Product or the modified digital Product either individually or in a collection. - Take credit for the creation of these products or claim them as your own. - make copies of the Product other than for back-up purposes. - You also may not to use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.
