Yes, I do custom orders. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE DIFFERENT FROM JUST EDITING OUR TEXT. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR EDITING TEXT ONLY.

NO, my entire shop is digital items only, JPEG's or PDF files.
After you order I will send your digital file to your email address. I find your email address under your account information. If you want me to send to another email please let me know when ordering.

Etsy has set up its website for shop owners to list digital items as instant downloads. I am able to upload a ready-made file/files onto the Etsy website and that is all I have to do. Etsy does all the work for me. I usually don't see those orders as they go into a completed order folder within my shop. I never see any comments to seller on those orders either. A customer can order the listing and retrieve the file as soon as their payment clears thru Etsy. You will find the file under your account, under purchases and it is there you should see a link to save to your computer. I believe Etsy sends you a email also.

I do not charge extra for personalizing any file unless it calls for a great deal of time or there are detailed requests. If you see a listing which is an instant download please contact me first if you want to personalize that item. I will make a special listing for you to purchase that has the changes. I will customize the file for you and then send the finished product in our conversations with each other on this site unless you request that I send it to you in your email.

Yes, I am often asked to do something different or special to a file. Either change the color, rearrange the wording, add two names, etc.
I can usually do anything as I design all of my items.

My Etsy shop is a money making business and I ask that you pay before I do any of the work. It's that old quote - Time is money.

In the past I have done a few requests/samples without the money first and then the person never ordered.

Turn around is 24 to 48 hours. I do not work on Sundays or major holidays. I usually post my out of town and vacation days within my shop info. section. If you ordered late Saturday afternoon you will probably see your order on Monday.

I start work on Etsy shop stuff every morning. I fill my orders in the mornings and work until about five or six in the afternoon, it all depends on the orders I have to fill and the new designs I work on.

If you send me a message I usually reply in the mornings. Please remember I live in Michigan, USA and our time zones may be different.

My high resolution digital files can be printed anywhere - either from your desktop printer or from an outside printing company. Many customers use Kinkos, Office Max, Staples, Costco, etc. Please note that each printing company has different requirements so ask them what they will need from you before you purchase my file. I may have to make some adjustments before it gets printed.

Customization is one of my specialties. If you need a color changed, text changed, different graphic etc. we can work with you to get the desired outcome. We also do QR Code Invites and Signs for birthdays and Holidays.

You will be asked to purchase the Custom Order before I start and then we will send the finished product in our Conversation.

Your item with your details will arrive in your conversation with me or in your email if you request that it be done that way.

Our Invites, Personalized Items and even our Party Supplies are EDITED BY US. We prefer to add your information ourselves so you get the exact font styles and graphics.

If you are interested in our QR CODE for your invite or party supplies for your event there is an additional charge.

In order to use our QR Code, Invites or Games you will need to download a QR Code Scanner or use the Camera on your phone hovered over the QR Code. The Scanners are free in any app store on any of your devices. I have mine on my iPhone and my iPad. Once you have the Scanner loaded you will hover over the QR Code and an image, video, etc. will appear for you to print from or a website to go to and more.
