These look like needlepoint canvas. What exactly are they made of?

We hear that all the time. In fact, our earring holders are made from fiberglass. Fiberglass mesh is strong and is almost impossible to tear. Also fiberglass won't rust or tarnish making it a perfect material for use in high humidity areas such as a bathroom.

Can you do custom designs such as team logos, sororities, or Disney?

We could probably fund our retirement if we painted and sold Disney characters or Yankees logos. However that's illegal without paying the proper fees and those fees are out of reach for most all family owned operations. In the 25 years we have been in business we have painted many original designs for customers and we would be happy to entertain any special requests you may have. Keep in mind that painting on screen is a very specialized art and there are some images that just don't work well. We've said no on many occasions, too. Just Contact Us with your ideas and we'll let you know.

My cousin lives in Europe. Can you ship to London?

No, sorry, we only ship to the US, US Posessions and APO addresses at this time. That being said there is no reason you can't repackage the earring holder and ship it on your own.

My daughter got one of these and loves it. However the painting on her earring holder didn't exactly match the picture on your Etsy page. What happened?

Each of our Earring Holders is a hand painted original. While we strive to deliver the same style of image that we show online it is not humanly possible to recreate the image exactly. Customers always tell us that they love the fact that no two pieces are identical....and they especially love that each one is hand-painted in the USA.
