In most cases we are able to combine items in the same box and the shipping costs can be reduced. Just contact us before purchasing informing your location and the items and quantities you are interested in and we will get back to you with accurate shipping rates.

If the item has options such as size, lamp kit type, etc., please remember to include these in your message since they affect the total weight and therefore affect shipping costs.

Shipping time varies from country to country but it generally takes from 10 to 25 days for delivery worldwide by Standard Air Mail — our default category.

Estimated delivery time for Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx or other courier companies) is 3 to 10 days.

All our items are shipped registered, meaning they all have a tracking number.

The tracking number is embedded on an Etsy e-mail you receive when your order is shipped. To track your item(s) simply click on the button in that e-mail. The amount of information on the tracking system varies for each shipping category and from country to country. For some countries you can track every movement of your order from when it leaves us until it reaches you. Please note that although we accept cancellations before an order has shipped, PayPal transaction fees charged to us are NON-REFUNDABLE, therefore we need to deduct them from the total amount that will be refunded to you.
