How Do INSTANT Digital Downloads Work?

1. Purchase the listing, make sure to read the listing description & shop policies before purchasing 2. After payment is received, you will be taken to the download page, and an Etsy email will be sent to you with your download link. (Please note: the email will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account). You can also find your download under "purchases and reviews" under your profile with Etsy. 3. Click "Download" and save to your computer, preferably to your Desktop so you can easily find it. (NOTE: This must be done on a computer, NOT a mobile phone or iPad) 4. Print & Enjoy! Please note this is for an INSTANT download. All custom digital items will be emailed to you directly through Etsy email

Will My Design be Mailed to Me?

No, all of Indigo Ink Boutique listings are for DIGITAL printable files only. For invitations, when you purchase you will give Indigo Ink Boutique all the text and details, then we design and email the hi-res printable file to you. You may then print as many as you want, wherever you want. No printed materials or envelopes are sent. This makes for a much faster and cost-effective experience!

Do You Offer Printing Services?

Indigo Ink Boutique does not offer any printing services at this time. For printing and cutting, we recommend using FedEx/Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot or a local print shop. Local copy and print shops do a nice job for a very reasonable price.

Printing Digital Files

You can print your digital files 3 different ways: 1. Print the digital file on your own home printer using the downloaded PDF or JPG. 2. Using the downloaded JPG, upload to an online printing service such as Shutterfly.com. 3. Put the files on a USB stick & print at your local print shop such as Staples. Please note that there are many variations of home printers & software, so we are unable to provide tech support for printing issues - but for guidance, make sure your image is printed at 100% with no scaling, no boarders and select the highest quality print mode your printer has. Colors vary based on your computer monitor & on your photo processor, so printing a sample is strongly encouraged

Paper Type Information

What type of paper should I use? We recommend printing on heavy card stock, 80lb or thicker, bright white (for best results with gold foil designs), smooth (not textured), matte (not glossy) paper. You'll want to use white card stock or matte photo paper for the majority of your items, including invitations, cupcake toppers, favor tags, banners, and treat bag labels. All of these types of paper can be purchased at Staples, Office Depot, or your local office supply store. Please make sure you check your printer's requirements for weight of paper. All printers are different and not every weight of paper may work with your particular printer.

Faux Glitter & Foil Designs

Please note that many of Indigo Ink Boutique designs contain a DIGITAL image of glitter, but there is no actual glitter nor texture on these designs. No actual metallic ink, glitter or foil will be printed. For sparkly results on your invitations, we recommend the Pearlescent cardstock.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final & we do not provide refunds. Please be sure to read through the product description & shop policies thoroughly before making your purchase. If would like a custom change , contact us for pricing & do not purchase the digital item. If you have any problems, please contact us directly & include your Etsy order number so that we can work out an agreeable solution. Indigo Ink Boutique strives for 100% satisfaction for each & every order. Printing is your responsibility. Indigo Ink Boutique cannot be held responsible for printing quality since that depends on the printer & variables that are beyond our control. We highly recommend that a sample be printed before sending all to print.

Can you design my invitation with characters from Disney, Nickelodeon, etc.?

Indigo Ink Boutique will not design printables with licensed characters. It is trademark infringement and illegal.
