Lada's return from the dark Nav—Slavic underworld—revives life itself. Green grass and vibrant flowers sprout beneath her feet, tree branches turn to bloom as she walks past them, and sleepy critters leave their winter dens when they hear the Spring goddess' song. Lada breathes fresh and healing energy into the world and because of that, the earliest spring medicinal plants contain the highest concentration of that energy. She whispers a special blessing for the Nettle—one of the first greens to pop up—infusing it not only with the power of healing but also of protection.

Nettle sure does live up to the legend. It's a nutritious powerhouse that flaunts Vitamins A, C, K and several types of B, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and contains pretty much all the essential amino acids. Nettle is a great blood builder and a powerful anti-inflammatory. Rose Hips boost Nettle's anti-inflammatory properties thanks to their Vitamin C and flavonoids content. Raspberry is another plant with powerful dual protection/healing abilities. Raspberry leaf is irreplaceable in treating viral illnesses, especially when reducing fever. Echinacea is a strengthening plant both energetically and medicinally; it's used to strengthen the immune system and the spells.

Lada's Blessing tea is a spring tonic and immune booster; it may also help with the recovery period when ill.

Ingredients:
Organic Stinging Nettle
Organic Raspberry Leaf
Organic Rose Hips
Organic Echinacea
Organic Lemon Peel

Directions:
Measure 1 teaspoon of Lada's Blessing herbal tea mix into a mug or a teacup with an infuser and pour boiling water over it. If you don’t have an infuser, you’ll need to strain the tea before drinking. Cover and let steep for 8-10 minutes. It is important that you don’t skip this step. Covering your tea prevents the volatile medicinal oils from escaping; you want those babies in your brew.
Sweeten with raw honey for best taste and enjoy.

I will not add to plastic pollution with single-use plastic. All fragile items will be protected using paper products with a particular focus on recycling: shredded newspaper for padding and tissue paper for wrapping. Important Note About My Herbs:
In my experience, homegrown herbs, grown by you in your garden, and those picked with your own hands in lush meadows and shady woods are most potent. It’s my hope to someday use only such herbs in all my creations. But until that time, my herbal products contain a mixture of the purest quality herbs grown by me (referred to as Homegrown in my listings) or wildcrafted from family lands that have never been sprayed or exposed to any pesticides (Wildcrafted), and certified organic herbs purchased from reputable sellers, like Mountain Rose Farms (Organic).
