It is recommended to machine wash the garment inside out in cool/warm water and laying it flat to dry. You may iron the item, but not directly on the image.

Payment:
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is due before items are shipped.

Shipping and Return Policies:
All of our products are shipped out in waterproof packages (item placed in a plastic sleeve and sturdy envelope) via Canada Post or USPS.
If you would like express shipping or a tracking number, please contact us before ordering so we can provide you a quote.
Once items are mailed, ZM is no longer responsible for how the package is handled by the post office. A refund will not be given for claims of packages not received. Any additional customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

We hope you are pleased with your order, however if for some reason you are not satisfied, we will be more than willing to rectify the issue. For a possible refund, please ensure to contact us within three days of receiving the product. The item must be in original condition and sent back to us. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you live in Whitby, Ontario, or the Durham Region and would like the option of picking up the item for free of charge, please let us know and we will refund the shipping costs at pick up.
