8” x 10” painting of the Pierce Chapel at Wesleyan College. It’s beautifully and delicately colored to capture the serenity of the setting.

The original Pierce Chapel was built on the downtown campus of Wesleyan College. It, along with much of the original campus, was destroyed by fire in 1963. Wesleyan was without a chapel until 2015 when this 13,000 sf chapel was completed. This provides space for campus worship services, recitals and weddings.

The Chapel sits atop a knoll overlooking heart shaped Foster Lake and has seating for approximately 350 guests.
