We will send a digital proof for you to review in the Etsy messages: please keep in contact with us. Once it is approved, we will load it up with our next set, print and ship! :)

*We print the artwork provided. If you need us to add text to your artwork, it is an additional $15 fee, and you'll get a digital download to keep after it is completed.

Please note: text should be at least 6pt when printed to be legible. If we are printing your design, and your font is too small, we cannot refund. Please make sure your text is legible.

Please note: I do not proof-read your artwork. Since you are supplying the artwork to print, please insure your QR code is scannable, and all text is spelled correctly. I cannot refund if the file you send me has spelling errors or unusable QR codes.

Q: Can I have more than one design per roll, or split my order?
A: No, sorry. It is one design per roll, and we do not split the rolls. Please order the quantity you want per image.

Q: Can you edit my artwork?
A: We can add text to your design, or set up a custom text design for you, for an additional $15, however we do not offer full design work (graphics, etc). You will need to send your artwork set up, and ready to print. Purchasinng the text design fee will include a PDF digital download of your approved final design.

Q: Do you accept cancellations?
A: If we have not started on the order, we will happily cancel. However once we have begun the proofing process, we cannot cancel the order. We will, however, be happy to make adjustments as needed.

Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Production for most orders is 2-3 business days (M-F), however it may vary due to delay in proof approval. If you upload new artwork, it may postpone your ship date.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship most packages USPS Ground Advantage which takes 5-7 business days (M-F) on average for most deliveries, however keep in mind we are in California, so if you are on the East Coast it may take a little longer. While we will do everything we can to ship your order on time, we cannot control carrier delays, and are unable to refund if your item arrives outside of your estimated delivery window. Please keep in mind, estimates are not guarantees, just a guess of when it may get to you.

We do offer 2 day delivery for an additional fee. Please message us for details.

Q: I entered the wrong address - Can we change it?
A: No, sorry. We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If we have not shipped your order yet, we can cancel and you can repurchase with correct shipping -- however if the item has already shipped, you may need to repurchase or pay additional shipping fees to have the item reshipped if it comes back to us.

Q: Can you match my colors?
A: Unfortunately no - we cannot guarantee a color match. There are too many variables at play: color profile (RGB v CMYK), screen profiles (my desktop is different than my iPhone), and the materials and laminates used. For instance, paper prints differently than vinyl, and the laminate you choose affects the colors as well. Matte makes the colors softer and darker, while gloss makes them brighter. Due to these reasons, we cannot refund if there is a color variation.

Q: What material is used?
A: We print our labels on BOPP which is a plastic film, and then we laminate for added durability. Our labels are waterproof and oilproof, which means they can get wet and will not smear or dissolve. They are not dishwasher safe. If you want to write on your labels, we recommend matte finish - then you can write with a permanent marker :)
