When will I receive my download?

Once your payment is confirmed and completed by etsy, you will be able to instantly download your files. You should receive an email from etsy with the link and also be able to access the link by going to your Purchases in your etsy account. If you’re having trouble downloading through the app, please do so by logging into your account through a browser if you’re on mobile, or on a laptop/computer.

How long does an order take to ship?

Please allow around 5-10 days for delivery. Time varies slightly depending on location.
