If your order is damaged, I will reprint at no cost to you once we receive photos of the damages. However, I request that you cover the standard shipping and handling fees associated with reshipping your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process the replacement order and an addition 3 to 5 business days for the post office to deliver your new package.

If your order was sent to the wrong address due to our error, I will reship the item(s) out and cover the shipping cost. If it's due to your mistake, I can replace the item(s) and ship them out, however I will charge 50% of the item(s) total cost plus the shipping fee.

Items will ship by the ship date shown when you made your purchase. You can find this date on your Etsy receipt (under your Purchases and Reviews). Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery by any date as USPS does NOT guarantee the number of days items take to ship.

However, as a small business, I do my best to fulfill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class (and occasionally priority) and generally reach recipients in less than a week.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

For printed and shipped items: orders will not be refunded unless they are damaged via shipment. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is damaged. Please be sure to read the item listing carefully so that you know what you are purchasing. Should an item arrive damaged, I will ensure that a replacement is issued quickly.

Unfortunately, I don’t offer customization for any of my artwork.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Small art prints and cards will be shipped in a sturdy non-bendable photo mailer. Larger prints will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube or box. Some combination orders with varying sizes may be shipped in a box.

U.S. Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Sticker (only) Orders: ship via USPS First Class. Tracking is not provided.
All other orders under 1 pound: ship via USPS First Class with tracking provided.
All other orders over 1 pound: ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking provided.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please note: The address you have filed on your Etsy account is where we will be shipping your order to, not the one on Paypal.

If your tracking shows that your item was delivered but you didn’t receive it, there could be a few reasons why this occurred. Sometimes the postal carrier delivers your package to the wrong house, in this case, it may show up in your mailbox within a day or two. If it remains missing within a few days, please check with other family members, neighbors and your postal carrier to see if someone took in the package and forgot to tell you or the carrier remembers where they left it.

If it is still missing, contact me and together we will try to figure out the best way to proceed. In some cases, this may require that we file a report with USPS for lost or stolen mail and you may be asked to file a police report if it was deemed stolen.
