How long does delivery take?

Please allow 3 weeks minimum for delivery as each item is made to order and needs building, painting and drying. We will try to get it to you as early as possible and may not take as long as the stated delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Question: Can I return a custom made order? Answer:No. All custom made orders are not returnable. Question: Is the item weatherproof? Answer: All planters are painted twice and then coated with polyurethane to give the planters a longer life. All wood eventually degrades in harsh weather conditions but the coatings mentioned above give the best protection available.

This was bought as a house warming gift and the Recipients loved It!, Once placed outside in their first garden filled with Spring/Summer flowers I’m sure it will look stunning and will be enjoyed. Great communication with Seller who responded very quickly to a question I had, did an excellent job of making a small gift tag in the shape of a house including this with delivery.
