~I use USPS for all my orders.
~As of 12/16 through when I feel USPS has caught up, All orders (EXCEPT STICKER and GUITAR PICK orders) will have tracking on it. USPS is currently running small crew and has a larger then normal volume of mail.
~Once I put your item in the mail it is really out of my hands, I check how the tracking is going, just cause I want to try to see if something is lost.
~USPS tracking is Geo-Located. What that means is that when it is scanned there is a geo-based location tied to it. This helps a lot when seeing where things are.

So we've all seen this problem, Your item shows delivered using tracking but it's not actually delivered. There are two things you can do at this point.
1) wait up to 3 days for your item to show up before filling a claim with USPS but let me know. It helps keep us both up to date. Unfortunately tho, You do need to be the one to contact USPS for a lost package if it doesn't show up.
2) Call USPS to get the Geo-location of when it was scanned. This can help you see if maybe it was accidently delivered to a neighbor or maybe it was scanned in error still at the USPS location.
