1. Specify the number of characters in the artwork. NOTE: 1 pet is also considered as 1 character. (i.e., 2 people, 1 pet = 3 characters)

2. Choose eyes style from the dropdown menu.

Warmhearts Signature style -- smiling, happy and closed eyes :) This is the perfect style to choose if you want your portrait to look light, lively and joyful!

Original eyes style (open eyes) - will have a more realistic feel to it. Please note that this portrait is an artistic expression done in our style. It will look more realistic, but is not photo-realistic.

3. Send us photos you want us to draw via Etsy or email to warmheartsstudioco !(at) gmail.com. Separate photos are accepted! That is, the people/pets in the artwork don’t all need to be from one photo. However, if more than 2 photos will be combined, you will need to purchase the CUSTOM Add-On Listing (Option A) from our shop (extra $20).

4. Once you've received the proof, please let us know of any small changes you want us to make. (Up to 4 revisions free of charge)

5. A ready-to-print, high resolution file will be sent to your email.
