Is there an express delivery option?

Do you do custom or personalized orders?

Yes I do! Feel free to message me if you wish to alter any wordings or add a name onto the product. =)

Do you offer gift wrapping services for orders marked as gifts?

Unfortunately not at the moment, as my production partners only handle manufacturing and shipping of products. =(

Will orders arrive in time for special occasions?

I would suggest to order at least 1 month earlier to avoid delays as more orders are expected closer to these occasions. My production partners usually go into overtime mode during these periods to avoid backlogs however postal services might be flooded with a large number of unexpected deliveries too.

When does production start after an order has been made?

Usually I will do it within 1 hour after you have made the order. So cancellations are quite hard unless you let me know immediately. =)

Why are some items considered CUSTOM even if there are no personalization?

I do not hold inventory. These items will only be printed, cut, and sewn only when there are orders.

Are there larger sizes (Plus-Size) options?

Please contact me if you need sizes that are larger than what is being offered. I can do custom sizing for certain items.

- Measurements are done with the pants laid flat (Half side measurements only). Double the numbers for Waist and Hips in order to get the circumference. To get a better idea of which size to go for, measure a pair of pants you already have laying flat. The pants run smaller so you may also opt for one size larger.
- Actual product measurements may vary by up to 1" because they’re custom-made by hand.

ABOUT THE SWEATPANTS
- Unisex sweatpants made of 20% cotton, 75% polyester, 5% spandex fabric that has a soft cotton feel to it.
- The brushed fleece on the inside provides extra comfort.
- Double layer side insert pockets on both sides.
- Illustrations are printed using the latest in sublimation printing that will never fade, crack or peel.
- Illustration may not aligned as each panel is individually printed, cut and sewn.
