For Crochet Patterns is the Stitch Count provided?

My style of Crochet is for de-stressing, and fun! Unless the stitch count will 100% effect the results, the Stitch Count is not provided. If you end up 1 or 2 stitches more or less it's ok! It won't alter your end result. When stitch count does matter they are included!

This is gorgeous!! It works up so quick and easy. The only smol suggestion I'd have is more pictures when it comes to the cowl part, but otherwise the pattern is great and easy to follow!
