4 yards of Ribbon for favors: Our custom ribbon is handmade by us then stamped with YOUR custom requests & perfect for rustic wedding decor & wedding favors, party favors, shower favors, the list goes on. Tie it around your programs, ceremony programs, thank you cards, silverware, centerpieces, even around your cake, anywhere and everywhere! See pics, 3, 4 & 5 for ideas.

How to order: We can do up to 25 letters/spaces/characters- only capital letters are available. If your saying is 13 letters or more, we use a slightly different font almost identical to the first. Add your personalized wishes to the "personalization" box or "notes to seller" box. You can choose to add hearts or not, hearts do cost more.

PLEASE READ: see picture 3 for available punctuation marks. We only have these punctuation marks: & . ' , / - #. If you request a punctuation mark we don't have, it will be omitted from your request & left off without contact.

Measures: All ribbon is precut in 2 yard increments & roughly 1" wide with frayed edge, give or take a .25 inch due to the nature of being handmade.

You will receive 2 ribbons for a total of 4 yards.

Your ribbon will come wrapped on 1 tag, see pic 2. You will NOT receive a ball of ribbon.

How your ribbon will be packaged:
2-18 yards: wrapped on 1 tag.
20+ yards wrapped on a tag or a ball depending solely on shipping method at seller's discretion.

Our ribbon is waterproof & will not bleed if it gets wet. If you need instructions to make it washable, let me know & I will send you instructions via "Etsy Convos" with any ribbon purchase.

LOST IN TRANSIT- Contact us if your package has not been received within 10 days in the USA. We will do an inquiry for you. The USPS doesn't consider it lost until 30 days have passed at which time we can file an insurance claim for you.

Insurance claims takes 5-10 business days once filed to be approved.

We will not issue a refund until claim has been approved.

Out of Country: We do not offer Express Shipping or Priority Mail as there is no guaranteed delivery date due to custom inspections.

We observe & are closed for all USA government calendar holidays.

THANKSGIVING / We are closed the Tuesday before thanksgiving till the following Tuesday to spend time with family & friends. We will still be taking orders, but will not ship during this time. Orders will be running a few business days behind.

GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY / last day to order: USA Nov 30th & Out of Country Nov 1st. You can still order, but we cannot guarantee it will make it in time for Christmas.

WINTER HOLIDAY: We are closed Dec 20th - Jan 1st to spend time with family & friends. All orders will run 10 days behind if ordered during this time.

Fashion Jewelry & Vintage Silver Jewelry:

➤Do not wear while bathing or swimming. Take care not to expose it to water. This will prolong the life of your jewelry and prevent reactions with chemicals from soaps and chlorine from discoloring it.

➤Do not use jewelry cleaner, it is very harsh! It can take off finishes on fashion jewelry & will remove patinas from sterling silver.

➤Remove jewelry at the end of every day & wipe gently with a very soft cloth to remove dirt & body oil.

Proper care of jewelry will ensure their long life. The Lonely Heart is not responsible for damages caused to products through use & misuse.

"Read to Ship In" is the estimated business days it will take to create your order, this does not include actual shipping time.

A standard industry business day is 9am-5pm depending where the business is located. Weekend days are not counted. If your order was placed after business hours, that night does not count as a business day. It will start the next day.

Actual shipping time depends which shipping option you chose & where you are located.
