Excellent as always
I would like to support small business and let me start with: this is my experience. It may not be yours and all work out well which is why I didn't rate this lower. However, after almost 2 weeks of a shipping label showing as printed and no other status, I reached out to the seller and asked to just he refunded. The item wouldn't make it by Christmas. I was responded to with a cold and rude response of "life isn't that crucial". I didn't ask for any freebies or go all off, just asked for a refund and explained why. I was promised a refund, yet no refund and the item was sent anyway. I will say the seller came back and apologized later, but after the initial response it just didn't feel sincere. Regardless, this was my experience and maybe they just had a bad month. Product smells good though, very close to the original scent.
