How long does delivery take?

Please allow 3 weeks minimum for delivery as each item is made to order and needs building, painting and drying. We will try to get it to you as early as possible and may not take as long as the stated delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Question: Can I return a custom made order? Answer:No. All custom made orders are not returnable. Question: Is the item weatherproof? Answer: All planters are painted twice and then coated with polyurethane to give the planters a longer life. All wood eventually degrades in harsh weather conditions but the coatings mentioned above give the best protection available.

Phenomenal pieces of art, I can’t wait for my Nan to receive these gifts at Christmas as they are exactly what I pictured. I got them personalised and Steve had no problem adding the little details to make them exactly like the dogs themselves. Truly an amazing product.
