Custom and personalized orders

Your order will be created after purchase according to the specific choices you select. Please select the size needed, the color of webbing, and style of the collar. Because these items are personalized to your request I do not accept returns. Please make sure that you have ordered the correct size and have read my return policy.

Most of my collars are 1" wide. These are typically too wide for small breeds of dogs. I do have some 3/4" and 1.5" collar widths available that will be noted on the individual listings. These are my collar sizes. I encourage you to measure your dog's neck to ensure proper fit. Small: 11-15" Medium: 14-21" Large: 18-26" XL: 21-30"

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

Since each item is custom created, I do not accept returns. If the wrong size was ordered, an exchange is possible when you contact me within 3 days of delivery and return within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs including the original costs of shipping the item out ($4+), shipping of item back to me, and the costs associate with shipping the new size back out. Halloween sales are final after October 21. Christmas items are final after December 10. If you receive a defective product (or have any other issue), please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Please note that damage caused by your dog chewing, scratching or doing any other damage to the item is not considered "defective" and cannot be returned.

Webbing Color versus Ribbon Color

Each collar can be customized with your choice of webbing. The WEBBING is the nylon that the ribbon is sewn to and creates the structure of the collar. I carry over a dozen different color options and any can be used for any collar. If you don't see the webbing color you would like from the selection box, just message me. The Ribbon is the design of the collar/pattern of the collar. Occasionally I will have a couple choices but most of the time this is a set color and is not changeable. Any questions? International Shipping

All international shipping includes a customs declaration with the value of your purchase. Buyers are responsible for any VAT or duties that might be imposed.

Holiday Processing and Shipping Time Frames

You will find current processing times (the time it takes to make your order) in the Shipping section of the main description page. This is the time it takes from when you place your order to when it leaves my shop. Items are made in the order they are received. If you need your order to ship out before the stated time frame, please contact me before you order or you may purchase the "Rush My Order" listing. All items are shipped using USPS parcel post and take from 3-7 days to arrive. You may also elect to upgrade to priority shipping at checkout. Please also note that our policies state that once items are dropped off, they are quite literally out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages or errors of the USPS.
