Custom and personalized orders

Yes! There are certain items listed that already offer customizability. However, if you are looking for further personalization or a completely customized item, simply send a message here on Etsy or on Instagram (@starlightshopca) for special requests & pricing inquiries! --> I have processed custom orders for bulk set of cards and stickers for other small businesses as well as special events!

Do you process orders for commissions?

Starlight Shop specializes in digital art as well as different art mediums in paintings, etc. Yes, commissions are available for custom logos, or packaging designs! Send a message on Etsy or Instagram for inquiries.

Will my order have a tracking number?

Unfortunately, we do not provide tracking numbers for the packages/orders we process. This is because all orders are shipped through regular Air Mail (not tracked!) which allows us to maintain our very minimal shipping fees and make it affordable to all. We are proud to say that our shipping methods have improved to be much more efficient and provide fast delivery. However, if you would like a tracking number or faster shipping, please message us PRIOR to placing your finalized order, and we can make arrangements for you! This is common for clients purchasing large quantities/bulk orders of greeting cards/stickers.
