Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders will take about 1-2 weeks to produce dependent upon quantity. Estimated production times will be notated in individual listings. I try my best to get your order out to you as soon as I can. If you have a rush order or questions about how long your custom order will take, please convo me and I will be able to give you better estimates on a per case basis. Most times, your order will get to you way before the estimated date!

Can you rush an order? Why is shipping upgrade so much?

When you choose the shipping upgrade- the costs includes the extra postage it costs to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail and the fee for my time to make your order ahead of all other open orders. It also includes the time I have to take to get your package to the post office early. Please be aware you would still need to give USPS the needed amount of time for them to get your package to you. Please convo me, before ordering. I do not and cannot guarantee delivery dates after I hand over your package to the Postal Service. There are no returns/exchanges/refunds if you do not receive your package by your event date.

I do not offer font changes at this time.

I do not send out proofs before shipment. If you would like a proof before shipment, please convo me or put in the notes to seller section when ordering. I will send a proof within 24 hours, please confirm promptly to avoid delays. Shipment time will be delayed if I cannot get confirmation after sending the proof to you.

Due to Etsy policies, please use the convo button for shop/order contact. Any emails sent to the shop's non etsy email will not be responded to.

When you place an order with our shop, you agree that you have fully read item listing descriptions, our shop policies; and fully understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges or cancellations. Please make sure you want the item and have asked any questions BEFORE purchasing. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or issue refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 calendar days of the delivery date on the tracking notice. Items will be repaired or replaced only if there is a problem with your order at delivery. To be fair to all customers, we do not make any exceptions. Any packages that are "Refused" or "Returned to Sender" will not be refunded.

Hello! I will gladly work with you with some design changes if you like a particular product of mine. A commissioning fee will be assessed and must be purchased before work is started. There are two revisions included in the commissioning fee and revisions beyond that will be another $10 per revision that also has to be purchased before the additional revisions are started. Thank you!

If you have requested a proof, you have 24 hours to convo me back, after that, your order will be printed, made, and shipped according to your specifications when ordering. Proofs are a courtesy and not needed to process your order. Any changes made will require purchase of the design change listing. There are no cancellations, refunds, or returns. Completing/paying for your order means that you have read and agreed to these terms.

All packages are shipped via First Class mail unless otherwise specified within individual listings. Larger/ heavier items are sent USPS Priority Mail, that comes with Insurance and tracking. Once your package is handed over to the USPS, I no longer have control over it. Please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct on your ETSY account. Packages that are sent back to me for incorrect address will be sent back at your expense. I am not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivered to you. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file any cases with USPS. I can help you with that.

♥ I ship via USPS First Class Mail to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. Priority Mail is available for an additional cost.

♥ If upgrading shipping to PRIORITY 2-3 DAY MAIL, that will only speed up the transit time AFTER the full processing time. It will not make an order ship out sooner.
