Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders! Custom pieces usually incur an extra fee, depending on the complexity of the design. Please feel free to contact me with your needs and I look forward to working with you on your one of a kind design.

Most of my caps are adult sized, but I do carry a few youth sized caps as well. Feel free to contact me and I will send you current options to choose from.

Can I alter a design?

Yes! Please feel free to make a design your own! I can add text to a design, change a phrase, add a design element and many other options to alter a design.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure your address is correct before finishing the checkout process. If an order was shipped to an incorrect address and the buyer does not answer any messages regarding re-shipment there will be a 50% restocking fee taken out of the refund for the order. For orders needing re-shipped due to an incorrect address the customer will be charged a second shipping fee, if fee is not paid we will deduct the 50% restocking fee referenced above. Thank you for understanding.

Can I add text to the side or back of the hat?

If you have been in contact with us regarding your order and have been approved for a refund your refund will not include the shipping you paid. You will only be refunded the cost of the product. If the problem was on our end we will refund you fully for the order including shipping. Thank you for understanding.

Can I get this by a certain date?

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but if you need your order by a certain date please look at the processing time and shipping time estimates. We do offer shipping speed upgrades at checkout, the options are First Class shipping, Priority Mail Shipping, and Priority Mail Express. Love the hat. I did have to cut the velcro strap…maybe I have a small head. But there’s nowhere to slide it into and it was super annoying just hanging off. Otherwise everything is great.
