We bought plain fabric only from outside. Then dyeing the fabric, machine work on it, handwork, making as per customer measurements, customization which is done by our handcrafted team.

We have adopted a unique approach to provide best customer service. Like, if a customer wants extra hand work like diamond work , Mirror Work , then we can add. If customer wants any customization in Kameez or Salwar then we can do it. Like, we can make Patiala instead of pants or we can change the style like pants instead of Plazzo. We provide extra hook and eye in dresses. As per customer demand we provide side features like zipper and elastic and more lining (in sleeve, in full dress).

It was my first time buying Indian clothing online. I must say, the customer service was awesome! I had them make my outfit custom made, so the fitting was fine. The fabric wasn’t stretchy, but I managed to wear it. The shipping was on time! The other thing, which was little disappointing was the fabric. It felt cheap and personally I don’t blame them because you pay for the quality. Overall my experience was not bad. I would recommend buying from them. They are friendly and helpful. It is the only way we can support small businesses during this pandemic. Thank you so much.
