How do I download the plans?

Do you have the measurements also in metric?

No. All my plans are designed in imperial system (inches and ft)

Do you have other sizes available for your plans?

Yes. I have more designs and sizes available, but you need to ask me. Also, note that a free version of some plans in the Shop is available on my blog.

Are your plans engineered?

I sell architectural plans that comply with generic building codes. It is your responsibility to make adjustments to comply with your specific legal requirements.

Custom and personalized orders

No. All plans come as they are.

Do you sell hard form printed plans delivered to my house?

No. I only sell DIGITAL Download plans

She contacted me saying she thought the plans are going to be sent via mail to her door, although all my plans are labeled clearly as Digital Download. Never replied back to my attempt to communicate.
