What if I have the wrong address on my Etsy account?

The customer is responsible for making sure their mailing address is up to date. A replacement item will not be sent due to incorrect mailing address.

Do I have to insure items I am returning?

Please insure items for the full price of a replacement item when you are returning them. If an item gets broken in the mail while being returned, it will only be replaced if it was insured.

My item was damaged in shipping how do I get reimbursed?

If you would like me to process the claim you must provide: 1. photos of the damaged item 2. photos of the box the item was shipped in 3. photos that show all the packaging material that was used If you would like to process the claim yourself with the post office, they will require these items as well. **Please do not throw away any packaging or boxes until the issue is resolved. The post office sometimes asks to see these items.

This beautiful hand carved, handmade pottery mug is sculpted and carved by me in my home studio. It comes in 2 sizes, the smaller size holds approximately 14 oz and the larger size holds approximately 20 oz. Several colors available. If you don’t see a color listed that you’d like, please contact me.

This listing is for ONE coffee mug.

Each piece of pottery is shaped by hand out of high fire clay, then carved by hand, glazed by brush, and fired to cone 6 which is 2230°.

Color and sizes vary for these handmade items. Each cup painted in “peacock” is hand painted with 5 coats of glaze from 4 different glazes so there is some variation in color from piece to piece.

Dishwasher safe.

Due to increased risk of breakage, slow delivery times, and cost prohibitive shipping fees, we will now only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We will not ship to Hawaii Alaska or APO addresses.
