How do you create your bags?

We are leather goods artisanship. We have a large collection of leathers and further equipment, which we use for the design and creation of our leather products. We create our bags from the beginning.

Could you describe the overall shipping process?

All orders are being processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. Delivery times: USA - Australia: 2-3 working days - DHL Express or FedEx. EUROPE: 1-2 working days - DHL Express. Other Countries: 3-5 Working days via DHL Express or FedEx. For Remote Areas the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) may be used with delivery upon 2 weeks aproximately. For an even faster or special needed shipping please contact us.

Above in the "Return" section we decribe the process analytically. If your order is eligible for return: -Send us an email within 3 days from receiving your order and we will send you clear instructions on returning the product. SALE ITEMS, CUSTOMIZED ITEMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. We only accept Returns due to specific reasons, that concern the not preferable quality of our products. Returns due to customer's responsibility are not accepted. The tariffs (US) are paid from VirsaBag's side, but in case of return without the responsibility of our side, the customer (US) have to pay for the return tarrifs.

Feel free to ask us for any advice concerning our product's quality, durability, resilience and well sustainability, each bag requires a unique way of care to sustain its beauty and glow. Our services are available anytime for you. Leather is a natural material and all marks, deep lines and textural variations are completely normal and they can disapper due to the changing leather's nature. If your bag gets wet, wipe with a clean dry cloth and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat and sunlight. Sun exposure and humidity are main dangers for the condition of leather bags. You can use leather balsam, leather conditioner, or vazeline for the conservation of bag's quality. Advise a local leather store for specific care products.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our products are packaged with security and concern about the product. If there is any special request for the packaging (like gift wrapping), please let us know.

Our artisanship is specialized in wholesale distribution. We offer our products in wholesale. Please contact us in any desirable way.

Custom and personalized orders

Customizations are always welcome in our shop, our Artisanship is much experienced and can undertake many new designs. Custom orders are not returnable due to their special nature. Contact us for any request of yours via message or e-mail.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express & FedEx all over the world and delivered really fast. A tracking number is available and always provided in the shipping confirmation email received upon shipment, with constant information concerning the package course. The arrival's time is usually 2-3 working days for the most countries from the day the package will be shipped. In rare occasions some orders are shipped by the public greek Postal Services (ELTA) and delivered by the recipient's national Postal Services.

The exact dimensions concerning any product of us are reported in any listing in centimeters. Pictures with models are also included, in order for the sizes to be well understood.

How the leather you use is sourced?

The leather we use comes mainly from Greece and Italy in the European Union and it strictly follows all the ethical agendas. It is a byproduct of the meat industry. It does not come from animals that are only used for their leather.
