Do I have to have a border on my print?

No, we can print borderless. Some images work very well as borderless wall art. Please be aware that in order to create a borderless version, some of the original image may be cropped. We prefer not stretch or distort images to fit the required size. If you would like to see a mock-up of any of our images without a border, please get in touch and we will create one for you, free of charge.

Do you do custom sizes?

Yes! We can size a print according to your exact measurements. If you have a frame to fill, simply measure the viewable area, and we will size the image to those dimensions. If your frame has a mat or a mount, we can also accommodate this. If you send us a message with your required dimensions for the image size, we will create a mock-up for you, free of charge.

Is there an extra cost for a custom size print?

No! The price will be according to the nearest equivalent standard size. So if your custom size is 15 x 18in, price will be as per the 16 x 20in standard size. Once you have approved the mock-up, simply place your order by choosing the nearest (larger) standard size from the listing. We will then send the approved custom size. Don't worry, we are here to guide you through the process and we won't print until you have approved the mock-up.

Do you have a licence for your fine art images?

Yes! All our images are fully licensed, high quality and high resolution for best quality printing even at larger sizes.

Custom and personalized orders

We can print your choice of text in the lower border of your art print. Some customers prefer to have the artist and title clearly visible, or you may want a special commemorative message. Simply fill in the Personalisation option. We will send you a mock-up for approval before printing.

We use the latest giclee printing technology: a process with advanced image processing before sending to print, removing any blemishes in the digital files. Images are then printed with a full set of 12 water-based inks for incredible colour rendering. Prints are colourfast for many years - this is known as 'archival quality'. We recommend that you get your print framed as soon as possible for best results.

How do you ensure optimal print quality?

Printing fine art images to a high standard involves a lot of care and experience. Simply sending a hi-res image to a printer does not guarantee a good result. Often it is necessary to make precision image adjustments, and to understand print profile parameters. As a rule of thumb, a print viewed in good daylight should fairly represent what is shown on a good computer monitor. Sometimes fine art images require digital clean up, to remove spots and blemishes. Experience dictates what is authentic ageing in a picture, and what can benefit from some attention in Photoshop. We have staff dedicated to this, who work behind the scenes to ensure our art is authentic, but optimally prepared to grace your walls.
