First and foremost I was disappointed with the product. I specifically left a note asking about changing the font but never received a reply. Then I realized the order wouldn’t arrive by my party date (based on the description) so I made other arrangements for napkins, which ended up being cheaper and cuter. I reached out to the seller about the order not arriving - up to this point I had received ZERO communication from - and the automated message I got in return said the shop taking a break. Then shortly after I got a message saying the napkins were arriving that same day. Talk about confusing! What disappointed me the most about this whole situation was that when I expressed these frustrations to the seller, she seemed not to care at all and gave an unprofessional response that wasn’t customer centric at all!

99% of customers are a pleasure to work with. The other 1% don't read the item details or pay attention to their email and they want to rage on the etsy reviews. This customer did not read our shop policies about a custom design versus what she bought (already created design that would not receive a proof prior to printing). Zero communication is not accurate. The customer received an etsy confirmation email showing when her order would ship. Our shop stopped accepting NEW orders over the 4th of July holiday. We replied with 48 hours and let the customer know her order was on time and would ship within our shop's posted timeline. Her comments about another product being "cheaper and cuter" are petty. Everyone, please check your email linked to your etsy account. Please don't take out your anger on Etsy shop owners :)
