Custom and personalized orders

Lady Detalle is a one-woman small business, and unfortunately I am unable to take custom commissions at this time. If you have a small change or color request, I will collect this feedback and add new items to shop stock as time allows! Please check my large variety of available unique historic jewelry designs in the shop, I hope you find what you are looking for! If you have feedback that you'd like to share about something you would like to see in the shop in future, I collect feedback regularly through my Patreon subscribers and from my Instagram followers through polls. I love to hear from my lovely customers! If you are interested in a large wholesale custom order (over 100 pieces of a single design), please do reach out!

Jewelry needs care! Please store your jewelry away from water, chemicals and moisture in a cool dark place. You may need to wash your jewelry every so often, in lukewarm water and using a mild soap, especially after events/wear where sweaty skin contacts your jewelry, before fully drying and returning to storage. A gentle polishing cloth can also do wonders to restore your jewelry's sparkle. Polishing cloths should be used on: metal, glass and crystal, but not on pearls or natural stones. Silver will tarnish over time, as will gold and other metals, so a bit of gentle cleaning to remove acids and sweat, fully drying and sometimes a gentle polish (using available gently metal polishes in the market), can do wonders to restoring shine!

All sizing details are provided in each listing, and sizing is provided in inches or yards. Google is a great resource to convert to the metric system if you have questions there, and I try to include scale photos whenever possible to assist the eye in accurately judging scale.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I offer gift wrapping year round for an additional charge - I use LD Signature colors in lovely gift boxes, gift paper, ribbon, tulle, stickers, organza, silk or other embellishments to create a beautiful and unique wrapped GIFT for your intended recipient. I worked at Hallmark as a teen, so my gift wrapping skills are pretty well developed now, so please do give them a try!

My current focus is reaching my target market directly and building my Lady Detalle brand providing high quality items at the most affordable prices, so I have thin margins for wholesale and may sell wholesale for Lady Detalle branded jewelry, patterns and kits.
