What is your current processing time?

The current processing time is 2-3 days.

Do you provide a discount for bulk orders?

Yes, we do provide a discount for bulk orders. Please message us to receive the discount code.

How are the decals measured?

All decals are measured by WIDTH unless stated otherwise.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalization of orders, I do not accept returns. Please triple check the capitalization and spelling of all information on orders to ensure order is placed with proper information.

What happens if I did not put the correct address on my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please message me to update it. If it has shipped, a replacement will not be sent for free. I would be happy to provide a discount on a new order.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order, please message me. Please do not let more than 30 days pass after your order has shipped before reaching out. If you do, a replacement/refund will not be issued.

What happens if I mess up my decal when applying it?

Unfortunately, I do not offer free replacements for application errors. If this happens and you reach out, a coupon code may be offered for a new order.
