How eco-friendly is this brand?

Depending on the item, my packaging will contain either tissue paper, reused plastic bags (sourced from local shops that were going to throw away resealable plastic bags in perfect condition), or biodegradable resealable bags. I do not add the order receipt to the package because it can be found online. If you do need the order receipt, simply leave a note at checkout and I'll have it in the package for you. Can I make changes/add items to my order after it's been placed?

If your order has not shipped yet, you can definitely contact me to make any changes. If your order contains custom fitted items, some changes can't be undone so please contact me so we can work it out.

Hand wash on delicate items is recommended for long lasting. I would avoid using the dryer and just air dry flat to maintain the item looking as good as new. Feel free to ask for specific wash care on custom items.

It’s actually made a really nice fabric and I think the design is really cute. I’m not quite sure how to tie it so my mom might have to sew the ribbons together for me, but regardless, I am very happy with my order.

Adorable, and the fabric is pretty soft too! Since the bands on it are just two ribbons, i tied a slipknot with each side and it seems to be working fine! I love it sm, thank you! Now i can feel cute while protecting my health!!! :3€
