When will my order ship?

We’re committed to getting your seeds to you as quickly as possible! Non-Peak Season: Most orders ship within 24–48 hours. Peak Spring Season (January–April): During our busiest time of year, we typically receive hundreds of orders per day. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, but we appreciate your patience as we work through them with care. Unlike many larger seed companies, we don’t mass-package our seeds months in advance. We believe in freshness, which means we often prepare your packets just before they ship. In rare cases, if a particular variety runs low due to high demand, please allow us an extra day to restock and fulfill your order with freshly prepared seeds.

How are your seeds packaged?

All of our seeds are carefully packed in professional, biodegradable kraft-colored seed envelopes using eco-friendly ink. Each packet includes complete growing instructions right on the front, so you’ll have everything you need to get started. Smaller orders are shipped in protective bubble mailers, while larger ones may arrive in sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery. Although Etsy doesn’t currently allow us to add images to this FAQ section, we’re happy to share photos of our seed packaging—just send us a quick message and we’ll get them right over to you!

Do you include growing instructions?

Yes! Every seed packet includes detailed growing instructions printed right on the back to help you get started with confidence. We’re known for going above and beyond the basics—our instructions offer much more than just “full sun” and “depth: 1/4” to set you up for success. Do you sell internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not import or export seeds.
