Where can I find my purchased digital items?

After your purchase you’ll see a 'View your files' link which goes to the 'Downloads' page. Etsy also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal (Check your spam or junk inbox, social or promotion tabs, if you use Gmail) If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. You can access your digital purchases from within your account any time - simply go to 'You > Purchases and reviews', look for the order and click 'Download files'. Can I receive a different image size or colour?

Yes, send me a message with your request and I will do my best to help. If you need your favourited design in Black and White or need another size, just let me know! (But keep in mind that I do not recommend resizing above the largest size already sent to you, this may reduce the quality of your print)

May I return or exchange my files or cancel my order?

‼️The following items can't be returned or exchanged‼️ Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: ➖Custom or personalised orders ➖Perishable products (like food or flowers) ➖Digital downloads ➖Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) ➖Items on sale

What I am allowed to do with my purchased files?

You are NOT allowed: ⛔️to share or sell the digital file via email, website, social media, or any other digital medium or to sell the printed version of the digital file; ⛔️to edit, alter or manipulate the digital file. ✳️You are allowed to use the digital files and the printed versions of the files only for personal purposes.
