Custom and personalized orders

Yes, most of our products can be personalized with one of our design templates, adapted to your details, or with simple text such as names, dates, or other custom information. You can also personalize your order with a photography logo, your own artwork, design, or logo file. Please double-check all names, dates, and spelling before placing your order. We engrave exactly the information provided by the buyer. Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you would like to include a small gift note or have a special request for gift presentation, please leave us a message with your order. Each item is carefully packed for safe international shipping and beautiful presentation. Our boxes are designed to feel special when opened, whether they are used by a photographer for client delivery or sent as a personalized gift.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Estimated delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and shipping method. United States — Standard tracked shipping: 10–18 business days; FedEx Express: 6–12 business days. Europe — Standard tracked shipping: 6–14 business days; FedEx Express: 5–10 business days United Kingdom — Standard tracked shipping: 6–14 business days; FedEx Express: 6–12 business days. Canada — Standard tracked shipping: 10–24 business days; FedEx Express: 6–12 business days. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking. After your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking information. We also monitor shipments when possible and will notify you if we see any important delivery updates.

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after receiving all personalization details. In many cases, we ship the next business day. For custom logos, large orders, or designs that require approval, production may begin after the design is confirmed.

Can I add my photography logo?

Yes, absolutely. Many of our customers are wedding and portrait photographers who personalize their boxes with a studio logo for a more professional client presentation. For the best engraving result, please send your logo in SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG format. A clear black-and-white version usually works best for engraving. You can send your logo in Etsy messages after placing your order.
