Very often cats and kittens will suck on blankets, earlobes etc. This is usually the result of them having been taken from their mothers too soon.

The sucking comforts them and is similar to a child sucking his thumb. We have come up with a solution that will allow them the comforts that they love and allow you to keep your blankets dry.

The Catsifier™ is a cat pacifier for cats and kittens that suckle and knead. It consists of a high quality 16" x 16" pillow cover with a faux fur cat, and four rubber nipples, sewn to one side. It fits any 17” x 17” pillow form. However, it can also be used without a pillow form. The nipples are securely attached to the faux fur cat, which allows the kitten or other young animal to comfortably and safely satisfy the need to suck, without damaging home furnishings and decor. However, a pinch of catnip may be placed inside the pillow cover for a little more excitement!

Care instructions:
1) Fill a sink or basin with cool water and 1–2 teaspoons mild detergent.
2) Fully submerge the Catsifier in the detergent solution. Swish the Catsifier through the
water for 10–15 minutes. Avoid excessive agitation and wringing.
3) Lift the Catsifier out of the water. Gently squeeze out as much soapy water as possible.
Drain the basin, and refill with clean water. Rinse until no suds remain.
4) Gently squeeze out as much excess water as possible. You can also roll the Catsifier in a thick bath towel to help remove the water.
