I ship worldwide through the Italian national postal service.
For small packages till 2 kg, items will be shipped by standard mail unless you select the "Registered tracked mail" at time of purchase. Standard mail doesn't give any track number and gives no certainty of the delivery. For international and intercontinental shipping, registered tracked mail is highly recommended. In this case soon after shipping I comunicate to the buyer the track number through a message sent by Etsy.
For large packages, if you don't select a quick mail type, I will ship by standard tracked mail: delivery usually takes at least 15 working days in Europe and at least 20-25 working days worldwide (international delivery can take up to 8 weeks, as international postal delays are common depending on destination, customs and period of the year). Delays are common (above all in the Christmas period) but there is nothing I can do to make it faster as global postal delays don't depend on me. If you are from USA please wait at least 40 days before stateing that an item has not been delivered. In case of delay please contact me and I will check through the national Italian help-desk and will let you know. You can also check the tracking status by yourself through your national postal service tracking tool.
The national postal service is other from me and from my shop Creatodame, it does not depend on me, it is not part of my shop activities and is out of my control. I don't take charge of the delay, fault or inefficiency caused by the postal services. Please be informed that Etsy regulation forbid the customer to comment/review on the shipping service!! FEEDBACK AND REVIEW
When you receive an item, if you are satisfied with your purchase you are kindly asked to leave a positive written review on Etsy. On the contrary, if there is any problem, please contact me soon and explain me your reasons to find a solution. Your full satisfaction is my top priority, so I'll make my best to get it!

Shipping cost is included in the listing and it includes not only the postal service fee (that you read on the postal label on the just-received box), but also the tracking service, the supply of expensive specific packaging materials suitable for fragile items travelling long (such as foam, sponges, thick polystyrene blocks and sheets, plastic pluriball layers, air cushions, cardboard boxes, polystyrene chips, sticky tape, etc.), long time to go and queue in the postal office. More the item is fragile and big and more packaging material/service will be necessary.
PACKING
Fragile items will be packaged very carefully with pluriball, polystyrene and everything necessary to save them along trip (sponge, foam, etc.). I also affix to packages a big writing "FRAGILE" to ensure operators handle them with care.
The sea pottery/sea glass will be wrapped in a plastic pluriball film and then in a secured bubble envelope.
GIFT
If your purchase is a gift, and you would like it sent to another address, or to add a small card with your wish message, please leave me a note as soon as possible in the "Contact the shop owner" section. Otherwise I will ship to the address listed in the invoice.
Please let me know if it is for a present so I will also make a beautiful packaging suitable for gift giving. I offer gift wrap.
DELAY, BREAKAGE OR UNDELIVERED ITEM
In case of delay please contact me and I will check through the Italian national helpdesk and then will let you know. Postal delays are not under my responsibility and do not depend on me. If you want to be sure not to have postal delays, just ask me for a quick pack.
In case of undelivered item just write to me and then please go to the closest postal office and make an official claim. If you send me a scanned copy of the claim for not-delivered item, then I will refund. Without a claim receipt I will not be able to issue a refund. If you don't have a tracking number and if you didn't pay for a tracked shipping, you will not be able to make an official claim and you will not get a refund.
For all items I take very great attention in packaging and I use a big amount of specific packaging materials. But sometimes operators are rude or Customs officers use to open the boxes to check inside and to close the box in a very bad way. So in some rare case breakage can occur (not due to my responsibility). If you want to get a refund, it is very important you open the package and chech immediately if the item is intact at the time of delivery and at the presence of the postman/courier. If the item is damaged or broken you have to notify/report that formally to the postman/courier before accepting the package and you have to get a copy or a picture of the report and send it to me. If you sign the delivery document and accept the package without reporting the occurred damage, I will not issue a refund. Then you have to keep the broken item and the complete package with you untill the postal operator will do an inquiry to confirm the damage. Then as soon as you can (within 3 days) you must take pictures of the broken item still "inside" the original box and with the original packaging materials, as well as pictures of all sides of the box "outside" including shipping labels and including dents (or any possible sign of impact, shock, hit, crush, pression, compression on the cardboard). Then you must contact me as soon as possible and send me the pictures, so that I can make a claim. Without complete good pictures I will not be able to issue a refund.
So, to summarize, in case of breakage you have to notify/report the damage at delivery before accepting the package and send me a copy of the notification, you have to store at home the complete package till inquiry, you have to take and send me in 3 days the specific required pictures. Then I will contact the Italian National Postal Service and make a claim (attaching your notification and your pictures) and they will answer me within 45 days, after checking the broken item at your house. Then I will refund. You understand that without your notification and without good pictures and without they chech the broken item I can not open a claim and we cannot get any refund. That's why it is important you follow all my instructions.
Don't worry because if you are able to send me a copy of the delivery notification of the damage and good pictures, you will get a refund.
